The main story behind PokeMon is a dork kid with an electric rat goes around getting badges from
people who obviously let him win. Except Surge, he beat the snot outta that little wiener. I think that kid's name is Ash
Ketchum (jap. Satoshi) and the rat is Pikachu, but I haven't seen enough of it to know the difference.
While he's on his journey, Team Rocket (jap. Rocketto-dan) shows up often more than once an episode
and gets their arses kicked by the rat. They keep doing this no matter how many times they lose, and are always in trouble
with their boss Giovonni (jap. Sakaki).
Ash loses at the PokeMon League and goes to Jhoto, where I believe he loses again before going to
Hoenn. Does he win this one? I don't know, they quit showing the fan-subbed episodes I watch on the site I was looking at.
